Rotten Saint

7. 9. 2018 – 30. 9. 2018

Tomáš Jetela, graduate from Academy of Fine Arts in Prague in 2011 (studio of Michael Rittstein), ranks beside Lubomír Typlt and Jakub Janovský among the most interesting contemporary Czech figurative painters. His painting style is based on the legacy of painters Egon Schiele, Oskar Kokoschka or Francis Bacon whose styles he develops in a personal expressive manner when he portrays anonymous figures in strained emotional moments or famous personalities of global pop culture.

Tomáš Jetela will present his latest series of paintings that were created in his current Prague studio.
