Kuxtal Kiímil means life and death in the ancient Maya language and it is also the opening exhibition of the cycle ArtDesign Fusion introducing two female painters inspired by the Portuguese and Mexican influences in their artworks.

Curators' aim of this exhibition cycle is to make the public audience aware of the phenomenon of relationship between the free artwork and design in a situation when the artists dig their way through from free artwork to design. The exhibition will therefore present both paintings from both artists but also their creative overlaps into the world of fashion.

The exhibition will be accompanied by the music performance by Fidla (downtempo) and Victoria Svaté Tipfin.
