With respect to the fact that the whole building of former Electric Company of Prague was sold to a new owner and the building will be reconstructed it will be our penultimate opening at our current space.

The exhibition Cave of one of the most talented contemporary Czech realistic painters Jan Uldrych, graduate from the Academy of Fine Arts from 2009 (studio of Zdeněk Beran) will utilize the topic of dark side of each of us. In Uldrych’s characteristic figurative expression this topic has a form of supernatural monsters half way between a human and an animal or a form of group shamanic or indian rituals. Dark and gloomy atmosphere of paintings is therefore not necessarily the only feeling that will rest with the audience that will see his new paintings. We showcased the paintings of Jan Uldrych last year at the ART.FAIR in Cologne, Germany.
