The Chemistry Gallery prepared the exhibition G+G: Jiří Grus and Lela Geislerová, an exhibition of two leading comic creators Jiří Grus and Lela Geislerová. The exhibition will take place from 29/10/2010 to 28/11/2010 and is part of the fifth edition of the Komiksfest festival.

 

Jiří Grus and Lela Geislerová are holders of many comic awards and are among the most important Czech comic authors. They published together in the comic anthology Brutto, which was first published at the end of 2009 by the Labyrinth publishing house. Although they have worked together for many years, this is their first exhibition together. At the exhibition, both authors will present their work from recent years in the form of paintings on canvas, drawings on paper and comic strips.

 

Part of the proceeds from the sale of the works will be donated to the Art for Life project (www.artforlife.cz).
